Limited Warranty

“The manufacturer and seller make no warranty, ex-

press or implied, with respect to the installaon, use or appli-

caon of the LOCK-RIGHT locking dierenal, and assume no

obligaon with respect thereto, except for a period of TWO

YEARS from the date of sale to the original end user and/or re-

tail buyer, to repair or replace only the parts that we supply, if,

upon our examinaon, they appear to have been installed cor-

rectly in their intended applicaon, have not been abused, and

are defecve in material or workmanship. Neither the manu-

facturer nor seller will be liable for any injury, loss, damage or

inconvenience arising directly or indirectly from the installaon

or use of these parts or the inability to install or use same. It

is the purchaser’s and/or user’s responsibility to properly install

and use these parts, and the purchaser and/or user assume all

risks and liabilies whatsoever in connecon therewith. If these

spulaons are not acceptable to the purchaser and/or user, the

LOCK-RIGHT should not be installed and should be returned to

the supplier. Installaon and use of these parts constutes ac-

ceptance of these condions.”

The LOCK-RIGHT is a full-locking dierenal that oper-

ates in both the front and rear. It is a cost-eecve design be-

cause our parts t into your own dierenal case rather than

into a specially-manufactured case that would be more expen-

sive. We have carefully designed the LOCK-RIGHT to minimize

stresses in the stock dierenal case; however, re sizes and/or

horsepower increases should be taken into account because the

vehicle manufacturer’s dierenal parts may have some limita-

ons. Remember: our warranty does not cover parts that are

not supplied by us and in no situaon does it cover abuse caused

by high-horsepower engines or large-diameter res.
