ertrax No-Slip Tracon System and idenes its components. It is designed to t exactly

into your exisng dierenal without any machining of parts. If, for whatever reason, you

wish to return the dierenal back to its original conguraon, the Powertrax No-Slip

Tracon System can be easily removed and the original parts reinstalled. Therefore, we

recommend that you retain all original dierenal parts.

Installaon of the Powertrax No-Slip Tracon System should proceed easily. If parts ap-

pear not to t properly, do not force or modify them in any way. Check again that you

have the right Powertrax No-Slip Tracon System model for your dierenal and be sure

that you are following the installaon instrucons correctly. If necessary, call Powertrax

for assistance. Do not aempt to drive your vehicle if the enre installaon process did

not proceed as described. By replacing the exisng parts in your “dierenal case” with

the Powertrax No-Slip Tracon System, your dierenal’s power distribuon characteris-

cs will be upgraded for maximum tracon output. The aicon caused by “spider” and

“side gears” that direct power to a slipping wheel is totally eliminated.

The “pinion gear” carries the engine power to the “ring gear” which is aached to the

dierenal case. The rotang dierenal case transfers the power to the “axle shas”

through the components within the dierenal case. The exisng “pinion sha” is re-

placed with a high strength Zytanium® pinion sha. It transfers the power from the dier-

enal case to the “drivers”. The drivers eliminate the exisng “spider gears”. Both drivers

are connected to mang “couplers” which join onto the axle sha splines. The couplers

replace the exisng “side gears”. The Powertrax No-Slip Tracon System obsoletes any

fricon clutches and related parts that may also accompany the spider and side gears.
